Reigning World Champion Marc Marquez (Ducati Lenovo Team) may have been out of the last two Grands Prix with injury and surgeries but he\u2019ll be back in action at Mugello as he makes his return. The six-time MotoGP World Champion underwent two separate surgeries \u2013 one for the foot injury at Le Mans but another, already planned prior to the French GP Sprint fall, on his shoulder. Surgeries done, all that\u2019s left is one final medical check trackside on Thursday before he\u2019ll roll out of pitlane on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
The Ducati Lenovo Team issued an update, confirming he\u2019ll be back for Ducati\u2019s home Grand Prix: \u201cFollowing a positive medical check, Marc M\u00e1rquez will travel to Mugello tomorrow. He is scheduled for a final trackside assessment on Thursday to secure the fit to race clearance for \u00a0the Italian GP.\u201d<\/p>\n
