In the middle of her performance during the award show, Karol delivered an enchanting dance break but the instrumental that backed it was not a part of the original \u201cIvonny Bonita\u201d track. Instead, a dramatic clash of symphonies and drums against Karol\u2019s voice repeating \u201cbonita pero peligrosa\u201d (\u201cBeautiful but dangerous\u201d) played during the performance.<\/p>\n

The different instrumental could very well be just a part of Karol\u2019s live performance, but fans think it points to a bigger project that the singer\u2019s been teasing over the past month. \u201cAnother hit is coming,\u201d wrote<\/a> one fan account on X. Other fans took to TikTok to share <\/a>their theories<\/a> about the snippet being connected to a whole new era that will be signified by a sparkly blue motif.<\/p>\n

Karol G has not confirmed that new music is on the way, but she has been hinting that something is on the way. Last month she told fans, \u201cif you think you\u2019ve already seen it all, remember that La Bichota always surprises you\u201d in an Instagram caption<\/a> celebrating the initial success of her upcoming Viajando Por El Mundo<\/a> global tour.<\/p>\n

In promotional material for that tour, Karol has been leaning into cerulean blue visuals. She used the light blue heart emoji across her social media posts and wore sparkly blue nail polish and eyeshadow, along with a white tank top with a sparkly blue star in the centre of it in a video announcing the tour.<\/p>\n

Notably, the singer also employed cerulean blue visuals, complete with a bright blue moon, for her American Music Awards performance. It\u2019s a color that seems to be purposeful. Could this, paired with the possible new track, point to a deluxe version of\u00a0Tropicoqueta?\u00a0We\u2019ll have to wait and see.<\/p>\n
