Two serious offenders are missing in the community after breaching their mandatory reporting obligations with WA Police now appealing for public assistance to find them.<\/p>\n

Declared reportable offender Kevin Shane Banks has been missing in the WA community for almost three weeks.<\/p>\n

He hasn\u2019t been seen since May 8 and was last known to be in Geraldton.<\/p>\n

He is approximately 172cm tall, and weighs about 87kg and has scars on his left hand and arm.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, more than 20 days after Banks failed to report, WA Police Force issued a media release to say it was seeking his \u201ccurrent whereabouts\u201d to assist with \u201can ongoing investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Around the same time, police issued another release requesting help to find Geoffrey Eric Garraway who they also believe can assist \u201cwith an ongoing investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understood that he failed to report to authorities on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

He is described as approximately 165cm tall, slim build and has short hair and blue eyes.<\/p>\n

Detectives believe Garraway may be in the Perth area where he is known to frequent.<\/p>\n
