In an interview published Thursday, Suki Waterhouse told <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2026\/music\/features\/suki-waterhouse-robert-pattinson-new-album-1236757629\/?shem=rimspwouoe\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Variety<\/a> that she spent the Met Gala catching up with Connor Storrie. As an aside, the magazine mentions that Storrie also \u201crecently comforted her on a turbulent plane ride.\u201d \u201cI was sort of clutching onto him the whole time,\u201d Waterhouse said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmpptk0lp00153b7cbm4k3qn8@published\" data-word-count=\"36\">Excuse me?! Immediately, I\u2019m jealous of this situation. I\u2019m not even afraid of turbulence, but if I happened to be experiencing it while sitting next to Connor Storrie on a plane, I\u2019d obviously pretend for him.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmpptqayu000c3b7eojir276g@published\" data-word-count=\"61\">Online, some of Storrie\u2019s die-hard fans \u2014 who are really proud of him for being so chivalrous \u2014 pointed out that he mentioned being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reels\/DTZEvHMD2eq\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">afraid of planes<\/a> during a Golden Globes interview. This, of course, makes him sound even more brave in Waterhouse\u2019s anecdote. Connor, this is my submission to teach you how to not fear turbulence.
