As the Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> begin a four-game series against the Baltimore Orioles, their roster will look a little different.<\/p>\n

The Blue Jays placed infielder Lenyn Sosa<\/a> on the 10-day injured list and recalled infielder Charles McAdoo<\/a> among a slew of moves on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Sosa, who has struggled as a Blue Jay since being acquired in April, hits the IL with a right wrist contusion.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old has hit just .188 with one home run and one walk in 28 games with Toronto following a trade from the Chicago White Sox.<\/p>\n

McAdoo, the 26th-ranked prospect in the Blue Jays system, has spent time playing first, second and third base throughout his career, which fits the bench role Sosa had been playing.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old has a slash line of .250\/.356\/.436 with a .792 OPS in 49 games at triple-A this season. He’s also mashed eight home runs to go with 27 RBIs.<\/p>\n

His call-up was first reported by ESPN’s Jeff Passan on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Seabold, 30, was re-acquired from the Detroit Tigers in a trade on Wednesday. He spent spring training with the Blue Jays before being designated for assignment.<\/p>\n

In 11 relief appearances with Detroit, he has a 3.45 ERA and 14 strikeouts over 15.2 innings.<\/p>\n

Lee, 27, has pitched in three games with the Blue Jays on the season, allowing two hits and three earned runs over 3.1 innings.<\/p>\n

Estrada has been on the IL since April 5 with a right shoulder impingement.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old appeared in just one game this season, throwing four shutout innings with three strikeouts against the White Sox.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Blue Jays announced right-hander Max Scherzer (forearm tendinitis and ankle inflammation) will throw somewhere between 45 and 60 pitches in a rehab outing for triple-A Buffalo on Sunday. He’ll likely throw another rehab outing next Friday.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old was placed on the injured list on April 27.<\/p>\n
