Madonna<\/a> has spoken out about her brief romance with the late John F. Kennedy Jr.<\/a>, calling him her best sexual partner \u2014 but only on one condition. <\/p>\n

The 67-year-old singer<\/a> was romantically linked to the son of former President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy in the late Eighties. Shortly before her relationship with Kennedy \u2014 who died in 1999 when the aircraft he was piloting crashed<\/a> \u2014 Madonna had separated from her ex-husband, Sean Penn. <\/p>\n

In a new video for the LGBTQ+ dating app Grindr, fashion designer Raul Lopez asked the \u201cMaterial Girl\u201d singer<\/a>: \u201cWhat was your best f***? Who was your best d***-down?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to only name dead people,\u201d Madonna said, drawing a line. She then whispered: \u201cJohn Kennedy Junior.\u201d <\/p>\n

The fellow panelists in the interview were shocked by Madonna\u2019s answer and gasped in excitement. \u201cEveryone said his d*** was crazy and he was a good f***,\u201d Lopez said about Kennedy<\/a>. \u201cYou\u2019re the third person to say that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madonna, who\u2019s promoting her upcoming album Confessions II, confirmed Lopez\u2019s statement by responding, \u201cMm-hmm.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the 2024 book JFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography \u2014 written by Kennedy\u2019s executive assistant RoseMarie Terenzio and People editor-at-large Liz McNeil \u2014 the attorney had \u201cnothing more\u201d than a fling with Madonna. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe came on to him, and it was flattery. She was at the top of her game,\u201d Terenzio and McNeil wrote. \u201cHe loved her body. It was all about physical attraction; it wasn\u2019t going to be anything beyond that.\u201d <\/p>\n

However, Kennedy\u2019s mother allegedly wasn\u2019t a fan of the romance, according to J. Randy Taraborrelli, who wrote the 2023 autobiography Jackie: Public, Private, Secret.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Jackie’s] problem with [Madonna] was that she was married,\u201d Taraborrelli told People<\/a> in 2023, referring to how Madonna was still legally married to Penn until 1989. \u201c[Jackie was also] confounded by Madonna’s penchant for attention. Jackie had spent her entire celebrity life avoiding paparazzi, whereas Madonna would court paparazzi. And Jackie just couldn’t understand any of that.\u201d <\/p>\n

Despite their split, Kennedy asked the \u201cVogue\u201d singer to pose as his mother on the cover of his political lifestyle magazine, George, in 1996.<\/p>\n

\u201cWouldn\u2019t that be a riot?\u201d Kennedy asked, according to Terenzio\u2019s 2012 memoir, Fairy Tale Interrupted. <\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018We\u2019ll have her in the pillbox hat, sitting on a stack of books. \u2026 If it doesn\u2019t bother me, why should it bother anyone else?\u2019\u201d Terenzio wrote, recalling Kennedy\u2019s remarks. However, the book said that Madonna later sent a fax to decline the request. <\/p>\n

Aside from Kennedy, Madonna has been romantically linked to many famous faces, including Jean-Michel Basquiat, Tupac Shakur and Warren Beatty.
