The F1 team said it is committed to \u201cinvesting in the talent of the future through their industrial placements, graduate programs, and work experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Currently, 12% of the Williams\u2019 staff members are from the Early Careers Program, according to the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere at Atlassian Williams F1 Team, we know that our success depends on the talent of the future. Programmes like the Komatsu Williams Engineering Academy give us a unique opportunity to identify talent and accelerate their rise, whether that\u2019s in motorsport, industrial engineering, or machinery.
