Foster, in his 32nd year, has officiated the most Finals games of any of the 12 officials who have been selected to rotate through this series, as Game 1 in San Antonio will mark his 27th Finals game.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Foster was on the call for a San Antonio win in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals and has officiated 11 playoff games this year. Home teams are 9-2 in those games, and Foster\u2019s crews have averaged 46.1 foul calls per game to rank as the 10th most out of 41 playoff officials, per tracking site NBAstuffer. The Spurs are 21-10 all-time in the playoffs with Foster on the crew, while the Knicks are 11-4. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Capers and Wright were both on the crew under chief Tony Brothers for San Antonio\u2019s loss at Oklahoma City in Game 5 of the Western Conference finals, and each called a game in the Spurs\u2019 conference semifinals series against the Timberwolves.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Capers is in his 31st year and will be calling his 18th Finals game.
