Iannone admitted he couldn\u2019t quite believe he was riding a Harley Davidson during a debut test before Mugello but now believes he\u2019s been \u2018baptised\u2019 into the community.<\/p>\n
\u201cBefore you win a race, it\u2019s not possible. Now I\u2019m an official rider of the community\u2026 I was baptised.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although he missed the opening Austin round, Iannone now has his sights set on clinching the inaugural BWC title.<\/p>\n

Iannone, whose MotoGP career ended abruptly due to an anti-doping ban before returning in WorldSBK in 2024, then being left rideless for 2026, said racing remains his greatest passion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe best days I remember, when I was happiest, is when I was younger, spending time in my garage working on my scooter.<\/p>\n
