It was also his third straight loss.<\/p>\n<p>Mindoro, Esplada go the distance<\/p>\n<p>During the fight, Mindoro managed to score a knockdown in the fourth round via a right overhand. However, Espadas recovered from the setback and forced Mindoro into a close-quarter battle.<\/p>\n<p>Mindoro showed his power and timing in the early rounds, tagging Espadas with solid power punches. However, the Mexican stood his ground, absorbed most of the shots, and even returned fire on several occasions.<\/p>\n<p>In the succeeding rounds, particularly in the latter stages, Espadas pressed the action and constantly brought the fight to Mindoro.
