In the caption, he shared that he’s returned to training. “I can feel my strength coming back and more importantly, I’m starting to enjoy training again,” wrote Nippard, 35.<\/p>\n “I had a few big experiments planned for this year and I’m feeling ready to get the ball rolling on those too. That said, I do find that if I just say to myself, ‘go in and lift the empty bar up and down 10 times, that’s better than nothing’ \u2026 at least I get moving. After that, if I still want to stop, I will. If it feels fine, I’ll keep going.
