She\u2019s a total perfectionist and everything has to go right, night after night. That\u2019s a huge ordeal she\u2019s putting herself through for three months. The fact the tour could take its toll on her is definitely stressful.\u201d<\/p>\n A second person noted how \u201cthe last few years have been incredibly demanding\u201d, adding: \u201cThe concern from people close to her is that she\u2019s spent so much time taking care of everyone else that she hasn\u2019t given herself the opportunity to slow down and recharge.\u201d<\/p>\n Credit: John Salangsang\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n On her health specifically, the sources said they were \u201ckeeping an eye on things\u201d throughout the tour, which is expected to run until September. They hope she will adopt a \u201chealthier overall lifestyle and routine.\u201d<\/p>\n Of course, this isn\u2019t the first time people have been concerned about Ariana Grande\u2019s health, and she\u2019s addressed it a number of times<\/a> over the years.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful. I know personally, for me, the body that you\u2019ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body.
