Other EPF service counters will continue operating as usual.<\/p>\n<p>This means members and employers can still visit EPF branches for other services, but contribution payments will need to be made through alternative channels.<\/p>\n<p>According to EPF, contribution payments can continue to be made through:<\/p>\n<p>The KWSP i-Akaun mobile app<\/p>\n<p>Internet banking platforms<\/p>\n<p>Bank agent counters<\/p>\n<p>EPF Self-Service Terminals (SST)<\/p>\n<p>Mobile KWSP Team and Relationship Advisory (RA) services<\/p>\n<p>For employers, EPF is encouraging the use of the i-Akaun (Employer) portal<\/p>\n<p>According to EPF, it enables contribution payments to be processed more smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>EPF stressed that the closure of its payment counters will not affect members&#8217; or employers&#8217; ability to make contributions, as multiple payment channels remain available.<\/p>\n<p>The retirement fund said the move is part of its ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and provide members with secure, accessible, and efficient ways to carry out transactions.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><script async src=\"\/\/www.tiktok.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cover image via Bernama Follow us on\u00a0Instagram,\u00a0TikTok, and\u00a0WhatsApp\u00a0for the latest stories and breaking news.
