NEW South Wales racetrack Pheasant Wood Circuit is changing hands in an eight-figure transaction.<\/p>\n
At the heart of the venue is a 1.6km layout licensed by Motorsport Australia.<\/p>\n
Realestate.com.au has reported a sale price of \u201caround $11 million\u201d.<\/p>\n
The identity of the buyer has not yet been made public, nor has their intentions for the facility.<\/p>\n
What is known however is that the seller was Steve Shelley, who also owns One Raceway (formerly Wakefield Park).<\/p>\n
Pheasant Wood Circuit is located in the town of Marulan, 30km east of Goulburn.<\/p>\n
It opened in 2009, albeit in a reduced manner to how it now presents, originally under the banner of the Marulan Driver Training Centre before being acquired by Shelley in 2016.<\/p>\n
