Far-right activist Tommy Robinson<\/a> has claimed \u201cRussia<\/a> is not the enemy of Britain\u201d after he travelled to Moscow<\/a> and met with Elon Musk\u2019s father, Errol.<\/p>\n

Elon Musk has long been a supporter of Robinson, with both men calling for people to take to the streets<\/a> in response to the knife attack in Belfast.<\/p>\n

Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, shared a list of places where protests were said to be taking place at 7pm on Tuesday following the Belfast attack, saying: \u201cThe whole of the United Kingdom is hitting the streets tonight at 7pm following yet another invader attack on our people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robinson posted a video of himself and Errol Musk, apparently filmed in a Moscow hotel, on Monday in which he says: \u201cWe are going to go and cause some trouble.\u201d<\/p>\n

Errol Musk reportedly attended the annual Kremlin-backed economic forum last week.<\/p>\n

When asked by The Guardian why he had travelled to Moscow, Robinson said: \u201cI\u2019ve come to see how this country got itself so well on to the straight and narrow and see the beauty of a civilised society here.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cRussia is not the enemy of Britain. That narrative has long since died a natural death.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are those who benefit from pushing Russia as an enemy but everyone laughs at those people now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last week, prime minister Sir Keir Starmer accused Mr Musk of \u201cinterfering in our politics\u201d and \u201ctrying to whip up division<\/a>\u201d in the wake of the sentencing of the murderer of Henry Nowak.<\/p>\n

Labour Party chair Anna Turley said online platforms were \u201cplaying a role in driving\u201d the unrest and suggested X owner Mr Musk was one of the \u201cbad-faith actors\u201d inflaming tensions.<\/p>\n

Mr Musk shared lists on X of locations where protests could take place \u2013 also posted by Robinson \u2013 and retweeted Restore Britain leader Rupert Lowe\u2019s post saying \u201cMillions must go\u201d with a screengrab of footage of the knife attack.<\/p>\n

Ms Turley told Times Radio: \u201cWe have to acknowledge and see that social media is playing a role in driving this. And I think there are bad-faith actors who are sitting often many, many miles away. It is easy for them to stoke these things up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked whether the tech tycoon was one of those bad faith actors, she said: \u201cHe\u2019s not living in the kind of communities where we\u2019re seeing this kind of activity. He\u2019s not at risk.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s mums and families and people living in those homes in Belfast and on the streets of Britain who are at risk.<\/p>\n
