\n\tLarry David<\/a> is repeating history \u2014 the Larry David way \u2014 with Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness: An Almost History of America.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe limited series that was announced as David\u2019s Curb follow-up at HBO<\/a> was previously described<\/a> as being \u201cCurb Your Enthusiasm<\/a>\u00a0in costumes\u201d by co-creators David (who also stars in the new sketch comedy series) and Jeff Schaffer.<\/p>\n

\n\tNot much else has been known about what exactly that would mean \u2014 until now. <\/p>\n

\n\tHBO on Thursday dropped a full trailer for the series (below), which reunites Curb duo David and Schaffer and is executive produced by Barack and Michelle Obama, along with Ethan Lewis and Vinnie Malhotra, for Higher Ground.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe seven-episode series debuts Friday, June 26, at 9 p.m. on HBO and HBO Max, with new episodes releasing weekly through an Aug. 7 finale.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis is a declaration of common sense!\u201d bellows David at one point in the trailer, which is a perfect summation of what to expect when David sets out to revisit history. Here\u2019s the logline: \u201cThose who don\u2019t know history\u2026 are doomed to watch Larry David repeat it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition to David, the series features familiar Curb Your Enthusiasm actors and noteworthy guest stars. Jerry Seinfeld<\/a>, Susie Essman, Jon Hamm, Isla Fisher and Jane Krakowski are just some of the many stars who can be spotted in the trailer; watch below.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
