Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Brad Falchuk regularly clash about their political views, an insider has claimed. <\/p>\n
Paltrow, 53, recently hit headlines after she revealed her surprising political views, claiming that while her Hollywood husband, 55, is very left-wing, she tends to lean more toward the opposite side of the spectrum. <\/p>\n
Now an insider has claimed that Paltrow\u2019s views have sparked some \u201cheated\u201d arguments behind closed doors. <\/p>\n
\u201cGwyneth knows she\u2019s a polarising figure and she thrives on it,\u201d an insider told Daily Mail. \u201cBrad\u2019s the total opposite. The fact he works behind the scenes in the industry is perfect for him. He\u2019s not known as Mr Paltrow which he\u2019s pleased about.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe and Gwyneth have different political leanings. In the past that\u2019s lead to heated arguments between them.\u201d<\/p>\n
The insider shared that Paltrow\u2019s partner tends to try and avoid political conversations in a bid to keep the peace between them. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe tends to ignore some of her more outrageous statements or he just shakes his head. Brad\u2019s found that not getting into it with her is the best way to keep the peace sometimes.<\/p>\n
\u201cBrad tends to favour a more measured, status-quo approach and wants the best outcome for everyone, while Gwyneth is more of a firecracker, never afraid to challenge the norm or speak her mind. Their differences cause some fights but also is something that they love about each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Paltrow recently revealed that she lost more than her marriage when she \u201cconsciously uncoupled\u201d from Chris Martin.<\/p>\n
During her appearance on Good Hang with Amy Poehler on Tuesday, Paltrow revealed that her 2014 split from Martin, 48, cost her a career opportunity.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was supposed to do a movie at one point\u2026 and it was right after the conscious uncoupling thing with Chris, and there was a lot of harsh stuff in the press, and I think the distributor was like, \u2018This might be too hot to touch,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo that was great, cause I was getting a divorce and then I got fired. It was so awesome,\u201d the Marty Supreme star sarcastically added.<\/p>\n
