Some benefit from integrating seamlessly into an existing production structure, while others call for a purpose-built team assembled around a specific creative challenge. The approach changes. The commitment to the work does not.<\/p>\n<p>As the creative landscape continues to evolve, the strongest work increasingly comes from smart collaboration. With the right people around an idea, experience and craft become a genuine creative advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Says Harsent: \u201cFor me, genuine creativity shouldn\u2019t be compromised by financial restraint; instead, it should be energised by the challenge.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s the true, commercial advantage of craft skills that I think gets increasingly overlooked.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harsent says that the name was inspired by watching the sea rolling beneath a full moon: \u201cThe way light found form in constant motion.
