{"id":740051,"date":"2026-06-16T11:36:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T11:36:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/740051\/"},"modified":"2026-06-16T11:36:12","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T11:36:12","slug":"giant-led-football-is-a-winner-at-fifa-fan-festival-in-dallas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/740051\/","title":{"rendered":"Giant LED football is a winner at FIFA Fan Festival in Dallas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The FIFA Fan Festival in Dallas is deploying two large-scale LED installations from Unilumin delivering more than 8.5 million pixels in total.<\/p>\n<p>The centrepiece of the World Cup event in the city\u2019s Fair Park is the 5m Interactive LED Sphere, which is designed to look like a giant illuminated football.<\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone wp-image-796656 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Unilumin_Fifa_Sphere_fan_Festival-2048x683USE.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\"  data-\/><\/p>\n<p>The sphere, which was developed in collaboration with AMS Events, deploys Unilumin\u2019s 3.9mm outdoor LED technology. Fans can scan a QR code, upload a photo and watch as their image appears on the LED display in near real time.<\/p>\n<p>The main stage LED display at Fair Park\u2019s Dos Equis Pavilion, meanwhile, measures 14m by 8m.
