It was 11.25pm, barely over an hour after the Blues were blown off the park in the second half<\/a> by a Maroons team that carries all the momentum into the Origin decider.<\/p>\n

Queensland very well could have already claimed the series had it not been for the Kalyn Ponga send-off.<\/p>\n

While conceding he was \u201cdisappointed\u201d, Daley also said he was \u201cexcited\u201d about the \u201cwonderful challenge\u201d that awaited his playing group.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m disappointed, but also excited about the fact that everyone loves going to Suncorp,\u201d Daley said.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone loves going up there to play, so it\u2019s a great opportunity for us to play our best football in the series.\u201d<\/p>\n
