Because of his position, his exploits might&#8217;ve gotten somewhat overlooked, though.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">He hasn&#8217;t cracked the Top 100 since 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">The Colts sputtered to an 8-9 finish a year ago. They lost their final seven games, including four after quarterback Daniel Jones suffered a torn Achilles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Nelson held up his end of the bargain at least. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Indianapolis tied for 10th in yards per carry (4.5) and allowed the seventh-fewest sacks. ESPN.com ranked Nelson <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/46138675\/2025-nfl-win-rates-top-teams-players-rankings-pass-run-block\">14th<\/a> in pass block win rate among interior linemen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">This is Jordan&#8217;s first appearance in the Top 100 since 2023, and returning to the list reflects how much his production on the field improved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Having combined for six sacks between 2023 and 2024, the 36-year-old finished with 10.5 in 2025. He added 15 tackles for loss and 15 hits on the quarterback.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Among edge-rushers, Jordan ranked sixth in run stop win rate at ESPN.com, so he continued to be a balanced defender along New Orleans&#8217; line.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">The eight-time Pro Bowler is looking to conclude his career on a high. Earlier this month, he <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/49083952\/sources-cameron-jordan-return-saints-1-year-deal\">signed<\/a> a one-year contract with New Orleans and celebrated the agreement with a video on social media. It ended by saying &#8220;one team&#8221; and &#8220;one final season,&#8221; so retirement appears to be in the offing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Jordan has spent his entire NFL career with the Saints, who selected him in the first round of the 2011 NFL draft.
