The Supercheap Auto wildcard driver will join M\u00fchlner Motorsport in its Bronze-class Porsche 911 GT3 R at the Spa-Francorchamps enduro.<\/p>\n

The deal came off the back of an appearance with the team at the Sepang 12 Hour late last year and while in the works for a while, the drive was confirmed late in the piece.<\/p>\n

So much so that Hall had to get his sister to bring his passport from Queensland to Darwin so he could travel directly to Europe from the Top End.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very lucky my sister came up to Darwin a day later than me, because I got her to pack my passport and pack a few extra clothes,\u201d he told Speedcafe on Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll be flying directly from Darwin to Singapore, Singapore to London, London to Brussels and then down the highway to Spa-Francorchamps.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been a bit of a logistical nightmare to make it all come together. Booking hotels in German and French and whatever is painful, but it\u2019s part of the job.\u201d<\/p>\n

While his experience of the Spa is circuit is limited to a handful of non-racing laps in a GT3-spec Ferrari, Hall is eyeing the opportunity as a significant career milestone \u2013 and valuable miles ahead of his Supercars wildcard program alongside Craig Lowndes.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m pretty lucky, it\u2019s gonna be one of the greatest experiences for me,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll probably driving through the night as well. I could have anywhere from six to 10 hours of driving, so it\u2019s just going to be invaluable to everything that I\u2019m doing this year in Supercars and the Bathurst 1000.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re going to have pit stops, strategy, fuel saving, brakes management, tyre management\u2026 you name it, it\u2019s got it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the world\u2019s biggest GT3 race so it\u2019s going to be an amazing experience.<\/p>\n
