The restaurant will likely be serving its signature feast boards, spit-roasted meats, hearty dishes, and a drinks list featuring barrel-aged cocktails, whisky and bourbon flights.<\/p>\n<p>If it\u2019s set to be anything like The Meat &amp; Wine Co, diners can expect premium cuts cooked to perfection, a curated wine list, and a dining experience that blends style with substance. <\/p>\n<p>The Adelaide opening marks the brand\u2019s first South Australian venue, joining existing Hunter &amp; Barrel restaurants across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. Inspired by the \u201cspirit of the communal hunt,\u201d dining rooms across other states have centred around grand, rustic interiors with brown leather and strong wooden and metal detailing.<\/p>\n<p>One thing\u2019s for sure, Hunter &amp; Barrel Adelaide will add to the restaurant\u2019s nationwide motif of high ceilings and unique spaces.
