Kane Brown has expressed that he feels lucky to be alive after being struck in the head with a golf ball, resulting in a concussion and the need for 23 stitches.<\/p>\n Brown revealed what happened on Tuesday (23 June) on his Instagram Stories<\/a>, sharing a photo of himself with blood on his ear. He captioned the pic, \u201cShot to the head by a golf ball.\u201d<\/p>\n In a follow-up video, the Miles On It singer said he needed to go to the hospital for a check-up, as his symptoms are likely to worsen over the next 48 hours. I ain\u2019t going to name any names.
