{"id":761512,"date":"2026-06-26T12:24:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T12:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/761512\/"},"modified":"2026-06-26T12:24:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T12:24:09","slug":"fp1-round-up-all-the-formula-2-stars-of-the-past-and-present-on-track-in-spielberg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/761512\/","title":{"rendered":"FP1 Round Up: All the Formula 2 stars of the past and present on track in Spielberg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This weekend\u2019s Austrian Grand Prix will see several stars from Formula 2\u2019s past and present take part in Free Practice 1.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, Dino Beganovic will be jumping into 2017 F2 champion Charles Leclerc\u2019s SF-26 for Scuderia Ferrari.<\/p>\n<p>The DAMS Lucas Oil driver took part in Free Practice 1 in Barcelona, taking over from Lewis Hamilton, and he is set to be back in the car again this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Luke Browning also took part in the Barcelona FP1, and the Briton will once again be driving for Williams this weekend \u2013 going behind the wheel of Carlos Sainz\u2019s FW48.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Aron and Jak Crawford were also in the car in Spain, and both are back again.
