Queensland State of Origin stars Lindsay Collins, Sam Walker and Robert Toia were all put on report on Friday night, clouding their availability for the decider.<\/p>\n

Roosters enforcer Collins is facing a nervous wait on two fronts ahead of the July 8 decider after being booked by the referee and failing a head injury assessment.<\/p>\n

The Tricolours defeated the Broncos 24-18 in damp conditions to all but end the finals chances of the reigning premiers, who have now lost seven games in a row.<\/p>\n

Collins was placed on report for a high shot on Broncos prop Xavier Willison in the 10th minute.<\/p>\n

The Brisbane front-rower had a head injury assessment and failed it, ruling him out early.<\/p>\n

It then emerged early in the second half that Collins had begun experiencing delayed concussion symptoms at half-time, after leaving the field in the 25th minute.<\/p>\n

Collins must serve an 11-day stand-down for failing a head injury assessment. He will have completed the stand-down in time for the decider, but he won\u2019t be allowed to train during the 11 days, affecting his preparation.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Roosters halfback Walker was put on report for a shoulder charge on Broncos fullback Reece Walsh in the 12th minute.<\/p>\n

Tricolours centre Toia then joined Collins and Walker in the book in the 66th minute after performing a lifting tackle on Broncos winger Josiah Karapani.<\/p>\n

Queensland\u2019s squad for the decider will be confirmed at 8am on Monday.<\/p>\n
