The debate over Ryan Reynolds\u2019 Deadpool in Marvel\u2019s Avengers: Doomsday isn\u2019t slowing down. <\/p>\n

Even as major outlets offer conflicting reports<\/a>, scoopers are doubling down that Wade Wilson will appear in the next Avengers films.<\/p>\n

Scoopers Say Deadpool Has His Own Team<\/p>\n

On X, scooper account Cryptic HD Quality posted:<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has his own team now, and he\u2019s still probably going to fold into a bigger one. F*ck the Avengers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The account added:<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce they confirm Wolverine and Spider-Man, it\u2019s a done deal.\u201d<\/p>\n

That lines up with ongoing rumors that Doomsday and Secret Wars will feature massive crossovers, including the new Fantastic Four, the legacy Fox X-Men (confirmed), Hugh Jackman\u2019s Wolverine, and Tom Holland\u2019s Spider-Man.<\/p>\n

Deadline and THR Disagree<\/p>\n

The scooper chatter comes after Deadline reported Reynolds hasn\u2019t been seen on set in London and isn\u2019t expected to appear in the next two Avengers movies.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter\u2019s Heat Vision contradicted that, claiming Deadpool will appear in Avengers: Doomsday \u2014 though he won\u2019t be joining the Avengers roster.<\/p>\n

Deadline\u2019s Past Retractions<\/p>\n

It\u2019s worth noting Deadline backtracked on one of its reports from last year, as the outlet initially claimed Patrick Stewart would not return as Professor X in Deadpool & Wolverine. Stewart ultimately has been confirmed, forcing the outlet to retract.<\/p>\n

That history is fueling skepticism about Deadline\u2019s latest denial of Reynolds\u2019s involvement, which just might be spin to cover leaks and Reynolds\u2019 own tease.<\/p>\n
