For <a href=\"https:\/\/golf.com\/tag\/scottie-scheffler\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"1080\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Scottie Scheffler<\/a>, it constitutes a dry spell. He hasn\u2019t won a PGA Tour event since \u2014 gasp! \u2014 January at the American Express.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the World No. 1 is in position to change that this weekend at the Travelers. He enters Saturday\u2019s third round atop the leaderboard, fresh off a scorching 10-under 60 on Friday that featured 11 birdies and one bogey. Scheffler is at 16-under for the week, two shots clear of a resurgent Viktor Hovland, who shot 61 on Friday, and four ahead of <a href=\"https:\/\/golf.com\/tag\/akshay-bhatia\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"465\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Akshay Bhatia <\/a>and Eric Cole.
