One lucky West Aussie has had their life changed after winning a share of Saturday\u2019s lotto<\/a> jackpot, and they might not know it yet.<\/p>\n

It has been revealed that the division one winning ticket was sold from The Lucky Charm Gwelup, earning a eye-watering sum of $1,631,770.49.<\/p>\n

It was one of four winning tickets that claimed a slice of the jackpot, with the other slips being sold in New South Wales and Victoria.<\/p>\n

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said the west winner is not a registered Lotterywest member, so there is every chance they are unaware of the life-altering win.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a registered ticket matches the numbers to a division one prize, the player receives a phone call first thing the next business day to share the good news about their win,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe once called a player who was in the car with their whole family, including the family dog.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen they found out they had won, the whole family started screaming in excitement, with even the dog joining in.<\/p>\n

\u201cThankfully the owner of the ticket was in the passenger seat and able to catch their breath while the driver turned the car around and came straight to Lotterywest HQ to claim the prize.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe always recommend registering your ticket to a Lotterywest membership to keep it safe, and to receive that exciting phone call if you do win a division one prize.\u201d<\/p>\n

The winning numbers from draw #4599 were 23, 6, 38, 1, 15, 18, the supps were 32 and 24.<\/p>\n

Division two produced 47 winners, with seven coming from WA<\/a> – who each pocket a handy $13,339.30.<\/p>\n

Luck is in the air across the state, following the heartwarming win for a retired Geraldton couple earlier this month.<\/p>\n

Scooping a cool $100,000 on a Scratch \u2019n\u2019 Win ticket, they celebrated by flying to Adelaide to watch their beloved Fremantle play against Port Adelaide.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re going to fly to Adelaide to see the Dockers<\/a> this weekend,\u201d the Geraldton couple said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wouldn\u2019t usually travel interstate to see a game but the Dockers are having such a good run this year and now we can go and cheer them on.\u201d<\/p>\n
