RAF and UK Armed Forces rugby union star Daisy Aspinall has joined Premiership Women’s Rugby team Harlequins for the new season.<\/p>\n
The winger, who is known for her speed in attack, previously represented Gloucester-Hartbury and has played for England at under-18s and under-20s level.<\/p>\n
Aspinall’s shining moment in a UK Armed Forces shirt came in the opening match of the 2025 International Defence Rugby Competition where she scored five tries in UKAF’s 105-0 record win over Tonga.<\/p>\n
She joins Sarah Bonar (RAF), Manuqalo Komaitai (Army), Lauren Brooks (Army), Jade Mullen (Army) as a military community at Quins.<\/p>\n
Speaking to the club’s media, Aspinall said: “I’m so excited to have the opportunity to become part of this iconic Harlequins club.<\/p>\n
