Neale and Zac Bailey are out of contract and Brisbane coach Chris Fagan said this week players moving clubs was \u201cfact of life\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt the end of the day, the way football is now, players move. We don\u2019t like it when they move, but it\u2019s a fact of life,\u201d Fagan said on AFL 360.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes he needs a bit of advice and a bit of help, so I tend to have conversations with him.\u201d<\/p>\n
On AFL 360 Leigh Montagna urged Fagan and the Lions to lean into a \u201clast dance\u201d mentality to help Brisbane claim a premiership three-peat before losing Neale and Bailey to rival clubs.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would like to see Chris Fagan as fuel, almost use it as the last dance scenario,” Montagna said. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe are losing two elite players, they are two of the best players in the competition. It is going to be a challenge.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just wonder if they can lean in on two of the best players leaving at the end of the year and say, \u2018Let\u2019s just do it one more time. Let\u2019s make this the last dance\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n
