He earned a degree in Sports Management at Gonzaga, where he was a member of the nationally-prominent Bulldogs program, in 2022. Graves played a fifth season at Southern Oregon in 2022-23, earning honorable mention All-Cascade Conference honors.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;We are excited to add Will to our coaching staff and program,&#8221; said Coburn. &#8220;He is coming from a national-championship level program at Florida, and played in one at Gonzaga. He was highly recommended by Todd Golden and has great ties to the state of Oregon. Will has a very good basketball mind and is an excellent player development coach. Our players will really enjoy working with him.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nA member of a basketball family, Graves&#8217; father, Kelly, has been the Head Women&#8217;s Basketball Coach at University of Oregon for the past 12 seasons.
