\n The deal follows approval by South Africa\u2019s Competition Tribunal in June, subject to employment-related conditions, clearing the final major regulatory hurdle.

\n Mediclinic Southern Africa operates one of the region\u2019s largest private healthcare networks, with approximately 50 private hospitals, day clinics, sub-acute facilities, mental health centres, the Intercare primary healthcare business and emergency medical services provider ER24 across South Africa, Namibia and Mauritius.
