Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn and former
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> champ Michael
\nBisping<\/a> have engaged in a war of words over the UFC\u2019s pay
\nstructure. With Hearn now working with heavyweight champion
\nTom
\nAspinall<\/a>, his recent comments have drawn a reaction from
\nBisping.<\/p>\n

On June 24, 2026, during an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show<\/a>, Hearn accused
\nBisping of being too close to the UFC to fairly talk about fighter
\npay.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are people that are on the payroll,\u201d Hearn said, \u201cThese are
\npeople who have been suppressed themselves, and these are people
\nwho don\u2019t have any backbone about them. Michael Bisping should be
\nashamed of what is being proposed to Tom Aspinall to be in a fight
\nlike Ciryl Gane<\/a>
\nwith that amount of money that is in the pot. He is a fighter. He
\nshould stand up for what\u2019s right for fighters.\u201d He added, \u201cSo what
\nare you saying, Bisping? \u2018Do as you\u2019re told, shut up, take your
\nmoney. That\u2019s all you\u2019re worth?\u2019\u201d He proceeded to challenge Bisping
\nto debate.<\/p>\n

Bisping has now responded to Hearn\u2019s comments. Speaking on his
\npodcast, the commentator said that he did not know what Aspinall
\nwas getting paid and called out Hearn for his comments.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cHe wants to have a debate? I\u2019m not having a debate online, but I\u2019m
\nvery happy, next time I\u2019m in London, to sit down face-to-face,
\nman-to-man, and have a conversation like that,\u201d Bisping said.<\/p>\n

\u201cEddie Hearn was talking s**t about me and about Felder too,
\nreally, but he only named me,\u201d he continued, \u201cWhy should I be
\nashamed? I have no idea the money that Tom is getting paid. I\u2019m not
\na part of that. All I ever said, and I think anyone with half an
\nounce of intelligence can see it, is that Eddie Hearn is muddying
\nthe waters with something between him and Dana White and his
\nperceived war and beef that he has with Dana.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asserting that he did not mention a word about Aspinall\u2019s
\ncompensation and hoped that the fighter got more than his fair
\nshare, Bisping added, \u201cIt\u2019s absolute horse s**t what Eddie Hearn is
\nsaying. And he wants to have a debate? Eddie, all you little s**ts
\nout there, I don\u2019t want you to get it twisted: I care about
\nfighters. We care deeply about this sport, and this is why we are
\ncommentators. There\u2019s nothing wrong with that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aspinall will look to unify the heavyweight titles when he returns
\nagainst Gane, but no official announcement has been made about the
