They were set up as a blind date<\/a> at a dinner party with mutual friends.<\/p>\n “I was so shy that I came into the house and I went downstairs to be with the children and play with them until I had to sit down at the table,” Streisand admitted to Jimmy Fallon<\/a> on The Tonight Show<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n She added that she made fun of Brolin’s haircut that night, too.<\/p>\n “I expected a guy with a brown beard and brown, wavy hair…. I saw a guy that had all his hair cut off, no beard. And I walked by him. Sleeping is a waste of time.
