{"id":775818,"date":"2026-07-03T05:22:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T05:22:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/775818\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T05:22:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T05:22:10","slug":"cardinals-michael-bidwill-gives-up-hotel-suite-to-a-bride-after-booking-for-giants-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/775818\/","title":{"rendered":"Cardinals&#8217; Michael Bidwill Gives Up Hotel Suite to a Bride After Booking for Giants Game"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">A future bride hoping to book a presidential suite at a Jersey City, New Jersey hotel in advance of her Sunday, Oct. 4 wedding encountered a roadblock when she found out that the Arizona Cardinals reserved the space prior to their road game against the New York Giants on the same date. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Luckily, owner Michael Bidwill has given up the room and wished her well in advance of the big day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">The bride, Olivia, revealed the story via her <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@oliviamarie236\/video\/7657980264601242911\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">TikTok<\/a>. In essence, she threw a Hail Mary and emailed the Cardinals in hopes of landing the suite for she, her bridal party and others to station and get ready there on the morning of the wedding. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Initially, she was under the impression that the suite was reserved for the visiting coaching staff after being told as much when she inquired about the space, so she addressed the email to new Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Olivia&#8217;s request eventually found its way to Cardinals Senior Vice President of Media Relations Mark Dalton and later owner Michael Bidwill, who sent a video.
