\n\tCrunchyroll<\/a> and Aniplex have unveiled that the new theatrical anime film \u201cSolo Leveling: Beyond the System,\u201d based on the popular Korean novel and webtoon series, is now in production.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSolo Leveling: Beyond the System\u201d pick ups directly after the events of Season 2. Further plot details remain under wraps.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSolo Leveling: Beyond the System\u201d is animated by A-1 Pictures (\u201dSword Art Online\u201d). The film is
produced by Aniplex, Netmarble, D&C MEDIA, Kakao piccoma and Crunchyroll.<\/p>\n

\n\tFirst launched in 2016 as a web novel, \u201cSolo Leveling\u201d takes place \u201cin a world where mysterious portals known as Gates connect different dimensions to reality, and where humans with special abilities known as Hunters exist. Sung Jinwoo, the lowest-ranked Hunter and widely regarded as \u2018the weakest weapon of mankind,\u2019 suddenly gains the unique ability to level up. Overcoming countless trials, he rises from the weakest to become the strongest,\u201d according to an official description. The original webtoon series was created by Chugong, illustrated by DUBU (REDICE STUDIO), and adapted by h-goon (published by D&C MEDIA).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe \u201cSolo Leveling\u201d anime series debuted in January 2024 and launched its second season a year later. Season 3 is expected to be released at the end of 2026. Cast members include Taito Ban, Aleks Le, Rebecca Wang, Makoto Furukawa, SungWon Cho, Haruna Mikawa, Daisuke Hirakawa and Ian Sinclair.<\/p>\n
