{"id":784095,"date":"2026-07-07T04:59:14","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T04:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/784095\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T04:59:14","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T04:59:14","slug":"winton-raceway-set-for-infrastructure-upgrade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/784095\/","title":{"rendered":"Winton Raceway set for infrastructure upgrade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WINTON Motor Raceway is set to receive new fuel infrastructure as part of a broader collaboration with RaceFuels, which has secured naming-rights sponsorship for the 2026 Winton Festival of Speed.<\/p>\n<p>Now titled the RaceFuels Winton Festival of Speed, the partnership represents a key milestone in the relationship between the fuel supplier, Winton Motor Raceway, and the historic racing community.<\/p>\n<p>A cornerstone of this partnership will be the unveiling of RaceFuels\u2019 brand-new permanent fuel infrastructure facilities at the Victorian venue.<\/p>\n<p>The investment includes the installation of new fuel tanks for RaceFuels 98 RON, E-85 and Elf Race 102, as well as new bowsers and a 24\/7 payment terminal, which will be located near the \u2018new\u2019 pit lane entry.<\/p>\n<p>The self-service facility is scheduled to be fully operational in time for the RaceFuels Winton Festival of Speed, which is set for July 24-26.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/660513689_10164350638224875_5700902183961153926_n-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-259093\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Mark Tierney from RaceFuels. Pic: Mark Walker<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRaceFuels is incredibly excited to join the Winton Festival of Speed as naming-rights sponsor of the festival; it\u2019s always been one of my favourite meetings annually, and it\u2019s certainly one of Winton\u2019s largest,\u201d said Mark Tierney, RaceFuels Director.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe timing couldn\u2019t align better. We\u2019re pulling the covers off our self-serve refuelling infrastructure at Winton in a few weeks\u2019 time, and what better way to show it all off to the racing community and competitors than at the RaceFuels Winton Festival of Speed weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will be a full activation, and our intention is to set up a trade stand next to the new fuel facility down at pit entry.
