{"id":788100,"date":"2026-07-09T00:50:11","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T00:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/788100\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T00:50:11","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T00:50:11","slug":"plenty-of-self-belief-for-jahream-bula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/788100\/","title":{"rendered":"Plenty of self-belief for Jahream Bula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weststigers.com.au\/teams\/nrl-premiership\/wests-tigers\/jahream-bula\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jahream Bula<\/a> has called on his team-mates to play their own style of footy to enable the Wests Tigers to get back to their winning ways.<\/p>\n<p>The Tigers have hit a hurdle over the past three weeks to sit four points out of the top eight ahead of Friday night\u2019s crucial showdown against the second-placed Warriors.<\/p>\n<p>The frustrating part for Wests Tigers Coach Benji Marshall is seeing his men let victory slip through their grasp after being in a strong position to win, especially in their past two matches.<\/p>\n<p>Bula knows the Tigers must lift against the Warriors in their final home game at Campbelltown Sports Stadium for 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Giving the team added confidence is the Tigers won the most recent matchup 32-14 in round 4 at Go Media Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a big game for our season but our focus is just week by week, one game at a time, and just nailing our process,\u2019\u2019 Bula said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBenji is trying to install belief in us that we can still play, that we haven\u2019t lost our ability, and to just play our style of footy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe just need to back ourselves and do what works for us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bula will also be looking to return to his best form, with the dynamic full-back searching for his first try since the round 13 win over the Bulldogs.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s hoping for some more magic from creative half-back Adam Doueihi to help him find the line again.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love playing with Adam.
