What was your first job?\u00a0Dinosaur Mini-Golf attendant, I used to sit in the little shed and hand out putters all day.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s been your worst job interview?\u00a0I\u2019ve actually never done a proper job interview so have probably gotten away without any embarrassing stories. Retail meetings on the other hand, now that would be telling\u2026<\/p>\n
What was the first music single you bought?\u00a0It\u2019s honestly hard to recall but I think it was something by Blue!<\/p>\n
How do you describe your job to your friends?\u00a0I usually just stick with \u2018YouTuber\u2019 because it\u2019s the easiest answer, but now that doesn\u2019t really cover it. These days it\u2019s a mix of making videos, building Rodd\u2019s and drinking a questionable amount of coffee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n What is the most rewarding part of your job?\u00a0Definitely being able to provide creative entertainment that people genuinely enjoy, and I enjoy making it\u00a0\u2013 it\u2019s a win win.<\/p>\n And while me and James [Marriott, Rodd\u2019s co-founder]\u00a0are always winding each other up on camera, building Rodd\u2019s together has been class. We\u2019ve been figuring out the retail world as we go, learning loads, and having a good laugh along the way.<\/p>\n What is the least rewarding part?\u00a0I\u2019m pretty lucky that most of it is enjoyable, but there\u2019s always a level of admin that isn\u2019t quite as fun. Anything involving data and spreadsheets probably isn\u2019t top of my list.<\/p>\n What is your motto in life?\u00a0I\u2019ve never really lived by one motto, more from time to time if I hear something that resonates with me. Lewis Hamilton is always pretty good for a motivational one-liner.<\/p>\n If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be?\u00a0To be able to shapeshift, then I could have any perk at any time!<\/p>\n Do you have any phobias?\u00a0Yes, I am terrified of spiders.<\/p>\n If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be?\u00a0I\u2019d be a fool not to want Rodd\u2019s stocked in even more locations. Ultimately giving more people access to quality RTD iced coffee.<\/p>\n What luxury would you have on a desert island?\u00a0Probably not a surprise but if I\u2019m stuck on a desert island I at least need some coffee grounds and a cafetiere.\u00a0<\/p>\n What animal most reflects your personality?\u00a0 Probably a squirrel because between content, travel, and Rodd\u2019s, I feel like I\u2019m often running about doing so many different things.\u00a0<\/p>\n What\u2019s your favourite film and why?\u00a0All-time favourite has to be the Pok\u00e9mon the Movie 2000\u00a0\u2013 it was my favourite as a kid and that nostalgia still carries the same weight.<\/p>\n What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life?\u00a0In the Sidemen Charity Match this year, I completely missed the ball when going for a goal at Wembley Stadium in front of 90,000 people.
