The veteran center, who recently played for Crvena Zvezda and Monaco, may participate in the 2026 3&#215;3 Europe Cup after receiving an invitation to the team\u2019s upcoming training camp.<\/p>\n<p>Former <a href=\"https:\/\/basketnews.com\/teams\/74-crvena-zvezda-meridianbet-belgrade.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade<\/a> center <a href=\"https:\/\/basketnews.com\/players\/5507-donatas-motiejunas.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Donatas Motiejunas<\/a> is seeking to try 3&#215;3 basketball.<\/p>\n<p>According to head coach of the\u00a03&#215;3\u00a0Lithuanian national team Dainius Novickas, the big man could join the squad for the 3&#215;3 Europe Cup 2026 in Antwerp, scheduled for September 11-13.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Donatas has shown interest, we&#8217;ve contacted each other, and he came by to look around,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.krepsinis.net\/naujiena\/ambicingas-planas-ar-d-motiejuna-isvysime-los-andzelo-olimpiadoje\/351804\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Novickas confirmed to Jonas Leksas of krepsinis.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will have the European championship in September and we will definitely invite Donatas to the camp.
