This comes on the heels of Trent Jr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/news\/2026-free-agency-options-and-qualifying-offers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">declining his player option<\/a> and entering free agency.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Free agent guard Gary Trent Jr. has agreed to a four-year, $64 million deal to stay with the Milwaukee Bucks, Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul and agent Lucas Newton tells ESPN. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hZMDvuA816\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/hZMDvuA816<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ShamsCharania\/status\/2076053293500100774?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow\">July 11, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 27-year-old Trent Jr. had played his previous two seasons in Milwaukee and will stick with Bucks long-term after averaging 8.1 points on 36% shooting from 3-point range last year and 11.1 points on 41.6% from deep in 2024-25.
