As the World Turns alum Scott Bryce has died at the age of 68.<\/p>\n

\u201cA wonderful actor, a beautiful man and a terrific husband and father, Scott Bryce, passed tonight,\u201d the actor\u2019s pal Lucie Arnaz wrote in a since-deleted Facebook post on Sunday, per journalist Michael Fairman<\/a>, reports Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am going to miss his eyes, his smile, his wit, his brain, his intelligence, his talent, his bravery, his laugh and his hugs,\u201d the daughter of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz continued.<\/p>\n

Lucie, 74, also penned a special message to Bryce\u2019s wife, Jodi Stevens, whom he married in 2003, and their son Jackson, 19, adding, \u201cHe\u2019s watching over you now from a place of pure joy and will always be your guide.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I hate these goodbyes. Rest in peace you marvellous, magnificent man,\u201d the Jazz Singer actress continued.<\/p>\n

Bryce battled Stage 3 esophageal and stomach cancer, which he was diagnosed with in 2025.<\/p>\n

After undergoing treatment, the actor shared he was \u201con the mend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Lucie revealed in her heartbreaking announcement that his cancer had returned, according to Fairman.<\/p>\n

A rep for Bryce wasn\u2019t available to Page Six for comment. Arnaz did not return Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Bryce was best known for his role as Craig Montgomery in the longstanding TV series As the World Turns, which he starred in at different times between 1982 and 2008.<\/p>\n

In the series, Bryce was involved in an on-screen love triangle with Meg Ryan\u2019s character, Betsy, and Frank Runyeon\u2019s character Steve.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, Craig and Betsy part ways after tying the knot, and the latter ends up with Steve.<\/p>\n

While working on the soap opera, Bryce received Daytime Emmy nominations in 1986 and 1987 for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.<\/p>\n

Additionally, he appeared in Silk Hope, Murphy Brown, Beacon Hill, Chicago P.D., Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Blue Bloods. <\/p>\n

Bryce\u2019s last acting credit was in a 2024 Law & Order episode.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDeception\u201d alum and Stevens, meanwhile, celebrated 22 years of marriage last October, with the latter sharing a sweet tribute via Instagram.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday my heart is full \u2014 celebrating 22 years of love, laughter, and life with my best friend @beastdaddyo \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d she wrote alongside a photo of herself and Bryce.<\/p>\n
