LAS VEGAS \u2013 The Milwaukee Bucks overcame a prolific double-double from 2026 first-round<\/a> pick Hannes Steinbach with a dominant first half and productivity from their second unit to propel the Bucks to a 110-91<\/a> victory over the Charlotte Hornets in a 2026 NBA Summer League<\/a> matchup at The Pavillion on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

No. 13 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft<\/a> Nate Ament led the Bucks\u2019 charge with 23 points, which came on the strength of 53.8% shooting. The Bucks shot 46.7% overall, including a stellar 42.2% from 3-point range, and saw three second-unit players Boopie Miller, Luke Travers and Zack Austin score in double digits on the way to a 43-21 advantage in bench points.<\/p>\n

A lopsided first half portended a blowout, as the Bucks held a 10-point advantage after one and a 16-point edge by intermission. The Hornets could only make a one-point dent in their deficit in the third quarter, helping tee up a comfortable double-digit victory for Milwaukee.<\/p>\n

Steinbach led the Hornets with a game-high 27 points along with 15 rebounds. Tidjane Sala\u00fcn registered 21 points, three rebounds and four steals.\u00a0 The No. 18 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft<\/a> Christian Anderson dished out a game-high 10 assists.\u00a0<\/p>\n
