Matt Thacker, who has been a sports coach for more than 20 years, said the use of fitness apps had gained immense popularity since covid.<\/p>\n
“Apps work for some people because they get a sense of fulfilment from completing different challenges and activities,” he says.<\/p>\n
“However, we need to remember everyone has different goals and may require personalised and varied exercise routines, no two bodies are alike.” <\/p>\n
Thacker, who lives in Kent, said people were motivated in different ways. <\/p>\n
“Since WeRoam has a rewards system, I think it could encourage users to be more proactive in exercising,” he said.<\/p>\n
“However, some people prefer having someone present to inspire and guide them because they find that interaction beneficial.”<\/p>\n
