\u2022\u00a0Download the NBA App<\/a> Pacers 91, Pelicans 73: Box Score<\/a> | Game Detail<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n LAS VEGAS \u2014 Big first and third quarters and a dominant performance in the paint helped fuel the Indiana Pacers to a 91-73<\/a> win over the New Orleans Pelicans in a 2026 NBA Summer League<\/a> consolation game at The Pavilion on Saturday evening.\u00a0<\/p>\n Indiana saw three starters reach double figures in the scoring column and outscored the Pelicans by an expansive 48-30 margin in the paint. The Pacers got off to a fast start as well, as they held a 23-16 edge after one.<\/p>\n New Orleans had closed the gap to two points by halftime, but Indiana changed the dynamic of the game for good in the third quarter by virtue of a 29-12 advantage during the period.\u00a0<\/p>\n Jalen Slawson led the Pacers with 22 points. Taelon Peter and Keba Keita generated matching 14-points, two-steal efforts. Rienk Mast finished with 12 points and six rebounds.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Pelicans played with a tight eight-man rotation and were led by Dominique Daniels Jr., who poured in 25 points off the bench while shooting 50% from behind the arc. He was followed by Markquis Nowell, who compiled 14 points and partly supplemented them with six assists and two steals.\u00a0<\/p>\n Malik Dia and Christian Shumate provided 11 points.
