He went on to be an undrafted free agent in the 2015 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Grant spent three years in the NFL, moving around several practice squads before playing 10 games with the New York Giants in 2017. However, a knee injury ended his season, and he didn\u2019t play in the NFL again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Grant has a connection to head coach Luke Fickell, who was on the Ohio State staff from 2011-14. Grant now joins Wisconsin\u2019s staff in a key role, as the Badgers finalize their front office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Wisconsin has made quite a few moves with its staff this offseason. Chris Worley, who was the previous Director of Player Development, was moved to an on-field role, coaching the nickel corners as an assistant defensive back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">But in the front office, Wisconsin hired general manager Morocco Brown, who has an extensive NFL background.
