Former MAFS star Susie Bradley says she is going through \u201cbreak-up grief\u201d after announcing she has separated from her husband, ex-NRL player Todd Carney. <\/p>\n

Bradley, 33, posted a video on Instagram over the weekend explaining she was dealing with personal heartbreak. <\/p>\n

\u201cCan I just say break-up grief is the strangest f***ing thing,\u201d Bradley said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI almost feel kind of good,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know without doubt I\u2019m probably going to crash and burn very soon. But f***it\u2019s a roller coaster so just gotta roll with it, I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier, Bradley posted a video of herself going for a walk by herself to deal with her heartbreak.<\/p>\n

\u201cPosting this partly for attention and partly because my heart is actually f***king broken,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cA moment of honesty: half the shit we post is for validation and attention. This is simply more transparent.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd honestly, I\u2019m learning there\u2019s nothing wrong with letting people show up for you when you\u2019re not feeling your best \u2013 so f***. <\/p>\n

Bradley was inundated with messages of support from her followers and responded to one confirming she had split from Carney.<\/p>\n

\u201cTime heals all wounds.. you got this,\u201d one person commented.<\/p>\n

A second said: \u201cYou don\u2019t have to be strong, Susie girl. Feel it all and lean into us; We\u2019ve got you babe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bradley\u2019s split from Carney, 40, comes soon after she announced she was closing her aesthetician clinic for a few months.<\/p>\n

She said within a week \u201clife has changed in ways I never saw coming\u201d. <\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes life changes in ways you never could have prepared for,\u201d she wrote in a post in June.<\/p>\n

The former MAFS contestant\u2019s split from ex-Cronulla Sharks star Carney comes just months after they welcomed a baby boy<\/a> in February. <\/p>\n

They named their second son \u201cKing Daryl Carney\u201d, prompting some concern over whether the name \u201cKing\u201d is allowed to be legally registered in Australia.<\/p>\n

Carney and Bradley were first engaged in 2020 but the pair split in 2022 before getting back together.<\/p>\n

They welcomed a baby boy who they named Lion Daryl Carney in March 2021.<\/p>\n

The couple got married on the Gold Coast in January 2025 after getting engaged in May 2024, and announced they were pregnant in August last year.<\/p>\n

Bradley, who previously appeared on Married At First Sight, documented her fertility journey and experience going through IVF.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd with a little bit of perseverance and a whole lotta love, we finally got you,\u201d she said at the time.<\/p>\n

Carney played at the Canberra Raiders, Sydney Roosters and Cronulla Sharks in an NRL career that saw him win the coveted Dally M Medal in 2010.<\/p>\n

Carney is stepdad to Susie\u2019s daughter Baby.
