The Tigers can fight the charge but Fainu faces a three-game suspension if he is unsuccessful at the judiciary.<\/p>\n
It is the latest blow for the struggling Tigers, who will likely also be without Doueihi after he was hit with a grade two careless high tackle charge and is looking at a one-game ban.<\/p>\n
