ROWE Motor Oil Premiership leaders Belle Vue are on the road this week starting with a trip to King\u2019s Lynn tonight (Monday).<\/p>\n
The Aces are four points clear at the top and will also travel to their nearest challengers Leicester on Thursday.<\/p>\n
They are set to return to full strength in Norfolk with Jason Doyle and Peter Kildemand both returning after missing their last fixture.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile King\u2019s Lynn start the meeting holding the last play-off place but with a need to find consistency at home, after being held by Northampton the last time they raced at the Adrian Flux Arena.<\/p>\n
They have Jake Mulford stepping in to guest for Jordan Jenkins, who needs time to rest after crashing out of Sunday\u2019s British Semi-Final.<\/p>\n
Stars manager Rob Lyon said: \u201cThere\u2019s a long way to go, and I don\u2019t think the result at Leicester (on Thursday) necessarily damages us in terms of play-offs.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut clearly we\u2019ve got to win our home matches, and we\u2019ve got to pick up some aggregate points along the way, along with maybe a couple more away wins.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe tried a riding order specifically for Leicester, which didn\u2019t really work, but we\u2019re sticking with Jan (Kvech) at No.2 for this meeting with Bomber (Chris Harris) at three, and Ben (Cook) is moving to five.\u201d<\/p>\n
Aces youngster Will Cairns said: \u201cWe\u2019re good at home, and we\u2019re good away! I feel like all the boys are starting to click now, including me \u2013 the penny has dropped and it\u2019s going well.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re not quite as strong away as we are at home, and I play a part in that because a few of these tracks I\u2019ve never even ridden \u2013 or I\u2019ve ridden them and it\u2019s completely different in a Premiership meeting to a National League meeting.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo we\u2019ve definitely got work to do on the road, but I think if we continue thrashing teams at home it gives us a nice big lead and breathing room for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n
